What are Buzz Bucks?
The Richland Center Youth Football program, in cooperation with local business partners, proudly introduces the Buzz Bucks fundraising program, designed to provide an economic boost to local businesses while supporting our community youth football organization. Recognizing the frequent demands local businesses face from donation requests, we've moved away from traditional T-shirt or general sponsorship requests to launch a fresh, community-focused initiative.
Our Goal
Our goal is simple: rather than asking businesses for straight donations, we’re providing an opportunity to stimulate economic growth, generate new customer traffic, and offer community members a chance to support both local businesses and the Hornets Youth Football organization simultaneously.

Join us in strengthening our OneHive community—because when our local businesses thrive, so does our youth football program.
How it Works
Each participating business donates towards the program thus creating a reserve fund. Richland Center Youth Football then creates and sells Buzz Bucks cards, each valued at $20 but available for purchase at $10, giving community members an immediate benefit and incentive to shop locally. Anyone who purchases one of our $10 cards immediately doubles their money to spend it locally!

Buzz Bucks can be redeemed for their full value ($20) at any participating local business (see list below).

Buzz Bucks will be on sale starting June 1, 2025, and will remain active until August 1, 2025.

All Buzz Bucks must be used by this date.

Businesses will have until September 1st, 2025 to redeem their Buzz Bucks. Any unredeemed Buzz Bucks after September 1st, 2025 will not be redeemed and considered a donation to the Richland Center Youth Football organization.
